| Before you mail us a lamp: |
| We receive dozens of lamps for repairs every week. Some of these repairs can be very complicated and it may take several days to complete just one repair. Also, we work on a first come, first serve basis, so please allow four to six weeks turn-around time on your repair. Bear in mind your lamp will be in very good hands while in our possession, so long as it gets along with the other lamps! |
| When we ship your lamp back to you, it will most likely be double -boxed and shipped via The UPS Store. That way the shipping will be guaranteed. However, this can be quite expensive for the more delicate lamps. Charges of $35.00 US for the lower 48 are not unusual. We will quote and charge the exact price when the job is complete. |
| We do not accept credit cards over the phone! We will accept personal or business checks, as well as money orders made out to The Lamp Repair Shop. |
